No-Show Policy
If a customer does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not notify us in advance, it may be considered a no-show. TintXpert may apply a no-show fee or require a deposit before another appointment can be scheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of service.
Deposits
Certain services may require an upfront deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. If you cancel in advance or reschedule within an acceptable timeframe, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment.
