Appointments may be rescheduled depending on availability. If TintXpert needs to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unexpected events, we will notify you promptly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure their vehicle or property is accessible, clean, and ready for service. For automotive tinting, windows should be free of heavy dirt or debris unless cleaning is included in the service package.
You agree to follow aftercare instructions provided by TintXpert. Failure to follow proper aftercare may affect the quality and longevity of the tint.
Providing false, incorrect, or incomplete information that negatively affects service delivery may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Pricing and Payments
All service prices will be communicated clearly before booking. TintXpert reserves the right to update prices at any time, but any updates will not affect confirmed appointments.
Payments may be made through cash, card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods. Final payment is typically due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.

Service Warranty
TintXpert stands behind the quality of its work. We may offer a warranty depending on the type of film or service chosen. Warranty coverage may include issues such as bubbling, peeling, or fading under normal conditions.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper aftercare, physical impact, DIY cleaning chemicals, or customer negligence.
Any warranty claim requires proof of service and must be inspected by TintXpert for validation.
Limitations of Liability
TintXpert is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles, glass, or property. We are not responsible for issues that arise from defects unrelated to tinting, such as previous poor installations, window seal failures, electrical faults, scratches, or mechanical problems.
In no event will TintXpert be responsible for loss of property, loss of income, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or inability to use the service.
TintXpert’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
